Once your order is confirmed, we will proceed to shipping within 24 to 48 hours

All orders are shipped with UPS and delivery time is usually 3 to 5 days.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your new item, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return it .

For international returns, please note that any return shipping fees/taxes charged to Timetags.ca will be deducted from the refund amount.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes are limited to one per order. Some discount codes are valid for one use only.

We hope you understand that a new watch can only be returned if it has never been worn or used. It is impossible to wear a watch, even for a short time, without it being damaged in some way. Resized or modified watches with links removed cannot be returned.

*Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on watches that we no longer carry on our site.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

Orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment center within 24 hours of order completion. You may cancel an order at no charge if you notify us within 24 hours. Please contact us at info@timetags.ca for immediate assistance.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. Special orders cannot be cancelled as funds have already been sent to the manufacturer to guarantee your watch.
