Shipping

Most items are shipped within one business day of receipt of order. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders if we are not notified within one hour of placing the order. The Timetags.ca warehouse is closed on weekends and Canadian federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be shipped the next business day. UPS only delivers on non-holiday business days, unless you select UPS Saturday delivery at checkout on Friday.

Timetags.ca is not responsible for items once they leave our premises.

Once items are shipped, liability is covered by the terms of the carrier. We ship to the address provided by the customer. If you have not provided us with an accurate address, neither Timetags.ca nor the carrier can be held responsible for lost items. Please verify your shipping address. Any shipping damage must be reported to Timetags.ca within 48 hours of delivery or it will not be eligible for insurance or refund. Following your order, we will send you an email containing the shipping details and the tracking number associated with the time your order was shipped. Please note that tracking information may be updated between 1 and 3 business days after your order is shipped, depending on the carrier.

We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will do our best to resolve any issues. Once items are shipped, responsibility is covered by the carrier’s terms and conditions. We ship your order to the address provided by the customer on their account. If you have not provided us with an accurate address, neither Timetags nor the carrier can be held responsible for a lost package. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

If the customer’s address is incomplete on the initial order, shipping insurance requests cannot be honored. International and domestic shipments where watches have been stolen from their packaging during transit are not covered by this insurance.

Insurance applies only to non-delivery of packages, as Timetags.ca cannot guarantee the security and reliability of the recipient’s local postal system. All customers must notify Timetags.ca in the event that they have not received the box within 30 days so that we can issue a trace. No refunds/returns will be issued if Timetags.ca has not been notified. If Timetags.ca is unable to replace the item due to an out of stock situation, a store credit will be issued for the cost of the item (excluding shipping). Due to the inability of international postal services to provide insurance or usable tracking numbers, any order using a shipping method listed as non-tracking or limited tracking, the buyer agrees to hold Timetags.ca harmless and not at fault due to non-delivery by the postal service of the recipient’s country and may not make any claims for refunds or chargebacks due to non-delivery if that shipping method is chosen. International orders shipped via USPS do not have a usable tracking number due to the variance of postal systems around the world. The buyer assumes all risk once Timetags.ca has received an order that requires shipment by USPS International First Class, USPS Priority International or USPS Express Mail International. Timetags.ca cannot guarantee that orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS Express.

Rates, duties, taxes, handling fees, etc. may be assessed by your local post office or customs office for international orders, and are NOT included in the charges on our site. In the event that UPS/USPS does not collect taxes/duties due to your local government, you authorize Timetags.ca to charge your original payment method for all amounts billed to Timetags.ca. You may receive a separate invoice for these additional charges from your local agency and this is not a reason to refuse shipment as Timetags.ca has no control over these costs. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order to clarify any charges. All refused or undeliverable orders, for whatever reason, will be subject to a restocking or processing fee of 20% of the total purchase price. Credit cards from outside the United States may require additional verification and may delay shipment until verification is complete. International orders may take up to 90 days to arrive due to customs delays in your country. If after 8 weeks, any order that has not arrived will be tracked to try to determine the location of the order. Confidentiality with respect to any information submitted, except as specified in the Timetags.ca Privacy Policy, as set forth in additional product-specific terms and conditions, or as specifically agreed to in writing or required by law.
